cook Belgian-style quickly and easily. The BWB-1S has a rugged
design that allows for maximum usage, and has a rated output of 900
watts, single phase at 120V. The BWB-1S is 10-1/8 inches wide,
14 inches deep and a maximum of 22-1/2 inches high with the top
fully opened. The BWB-1S shell is constructed of 16-gauge
stainless steel, and grid castings are 300-series cast
aluminum. Belgian baker has one handle made of nickel-plated
steel in an open-coil design with a heat-resistant coating to ensure
