shops to full service restaurants, Belgian waffles are a crowd
favorite. They deliver up to 20 1-1/2" thick 7"
round or 1" thick 8" round Belgian Waffles per hour.
Belgian Waffle Bakers
are built of polished stainless steel heavy-duty cast aluminum
grids. The grids are either 7" or 8" and produce a
1-1/2" thick Belgian Waffle.
A heavy-duty aluminum
hinge is provided for opening the top assembly when loading waffle
mix and for rotating the entire head assembly by 180° when cooking.
Metal sheathed
tubular elements in the top and bottom grids provide excellent
performance. A preset bimetal fast acting thermostat installed
in the bottom plate provides a perfect temperature control for
cooking Belgian Waffles. A digital electronic timer with precision
settings cooks the waffles properly. The Waffle Baker has a
heavy-duty rocker switch with an indicator light and a drip tray is
provided.
